Krischa Esquivel
Krischa has worked in the field of early education for 22 years in a variety of capacities including training and technical assistance, curriculum development, safe environments for early education settings, and various First 5 grants, as well as a former Corp Member, Team Leader and Site Manager for Jumpstart at California State University, Northridge, an Americorp grant. Krischa guest lectures at colleges and universities on parenting, attachment and overall best practices in Early Education. She has trained at regional and national conferences and presented at workshops for school districts, Head Start agencies and private non-profit agencies.
Krischa does consulting work in the areas of early education environments, assessments, teaming, parenting, effective supervision and coaching, caregiver-child interactions and numerous other topics related to working with adults, families, staff and children. She is sought after for her work and training on non-traditional parenting, and has been a guest on a number of podcasts and presented key note addresses and most recently competed a TedX talk on treating children better, which is focused on non-violent parenting.
Krischa’s driving force and deep advocacy for children is grounded in her most important role as the mother of 2 children.
